Information visitors choose to share

Contact and sponsorship forms may collect the name, email address, message, and business or partnership details a visitor chooses to provide. Submissions are stored privately for owner review. Anti-spam checks may process form tokens, short-lived identifiers, normalized message fingerprints, and privacy-conscious rate-limit records.

External payment links

Square, Cash App, and Venmo may process information directly under their own privacy policies. Our public website brand is Hillbilly Bo & Family: Road to Freedom. Payments processed through Square may display the merchant name “Hillbilly Bo Network.” This is the display name associated with our Square checkout and does not identify a separate legal entity. The website does not directly collect or store payment-card numbers through external payment links and does not receive automatic payment histories unless a separately verified integration is implemented.

Payment-related inquiries and records

Proposed retention policy pending owner approval and technical/legal verification: general payment inquiries may be retained for up to 12 months after resolution; refund or dispute correspondence may be retained for up to 3 years after resolution unless longer retention is required; accounting records are retained as required by applicable law; and security logs follow documented operational retention settings. These proposed periods do not currently change the application's deletion behavior.

Stories, media, and children's privacy

Writer drafts, submitted media, approval records, internal notes, and administrator data are private. We do not intentionally publish private child information, school details, personal contact details, precise locations, campsite information, or live travel plans.

Cookies, security, and services

The site uses necessary cookies for CSRF protection and secure administrator and MFA workflows. Security and audit logs may record operational events needed to protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile may protect submissions when configured, and approved video embeds may load from privacy-enhanced hosts.
