Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the site, you agree to these terms. You must use the service lawfully and be able to enter a binding agreement where one is required. Parent or guardian involvement may be required for minors.

2. Information, not emergency service

The site provides news, commentary, community information, public-safety information and entertainment. It is not an emergency dispatch service. Call 911 for emergencies. Do not rely on the site as your only source for safety, weather, legal, medical or financial decisions.

3. Accounts and member access

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Access levels and member-only features may be changed, suspended or removed for security, abuse or operational reasons. Do not share protected streams or bypass access controls.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the network to threaten, harass, stalk, dox, impersonate, defraud, spread malware, interfere with service, scrape protected data, defeat security, identify protected minors, exploit preliminary scanner information or violate another person’s rights.

5. User submissions

You keep ownership of material you submit. You give Hillbilly Bo permission to review, verify, edit and publish material you intentionally submit for public use. You must have the right to share it. Submission does not guarantee publication, payment or confidentiality.

6. Marketplace and third parties

Community sellers are responsible for their listings and transactions. Hillbilly Bo may remove unsafe, unlawful or misleading listings but does not guarantee third-party goods, services, delivery, condition or payment. Third-party links and services have their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

Hillbilly Bo names, branding, original content, software and design are protected. You may share public links and brief excerpts with clear attribution. You may not copy the service, remove notices, rebroadcast protected streams or commercially reuse material without permission.

8. Service changes and availability

Feeds, schedules and features may be delayed, incomplete, changed or unavailable. The network may be maintained, secured, suspended or retired without guaranteeing uninterrupted service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that every item is complete, current or error-free. Hillbilly Bo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on preliminary information, third-party conduct or service interruption. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.

10. Enforcement and contact

Access may be restricted for violations, abuse or security risk. Questions about these terms may be sent through the Contact page. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
