Acceptance and appropriate use

By using the website, visitors agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit harmful or misleading material, or provide another person's private information without permission.

Content and submissions

Hillbilly Bo & Family retains rights in its original stories, photographs, videos, branding, and other materials unless a different permission is clearly stated. Publication of submissions is never automatic.

Voluntary Financial Support and Payments

Voluntary support

Contributions are optional. No payment is required to access freely available content. Contributions do not create ownership, voting rights, editorial influence, personalized services, or exclusive benefits unless separately and expressly offered.

Third-party payment providers

Square, Cash App, and Venmo process payments under their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and dispute procedures. The website does not directly collect or store payment-card numbers through these external links.

One-time payments

A one-time Square contribution is a single transaction and does not establish a recurring payment agreement.

Recurring Square payments

Weekly and monthly Square options are recurring only where the linked Square checkout explicitly confirms that arrangement. The amount, billing frequency, and authorization must be reviewed before checkout. Square may provide subscription management through customer emails, including a Manage subscription link, but the website does not guarantee that a specific cancellation link will be available and does not control cancellation. The current checkout verification confirms the weekly and monthly cadences; the owner must confirm the customer-facing cancellation experience before publication. Cancellation is handled according to the provider's terms and does not automatically reverse completed charges.

Cash App and Venmo

Direct payments through Cash App or Venmo are not website-managed subscriptions. Sending money once does not authorize automatic weekly or monthly charges.

Refunds and payment errors

Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. For payment questions, accidental, duplicate, or incorrect contributions, contact contact@hillbillybo.com. No automatic refund, fixed deadline, or guaranteed outcome is promised.

Payment disputes

Disputes, reversals, and unauthorized payments may be governed by the applicable payment provider's procedures.

No charitable tax deduction representation

Support is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation unless qualifying legal status is separately established.

Changes to support options

Voluntary support options may be added, removed, or changed. Changes to recurring payment arrangements must comply with applicable notice, consent, and provider requirements.

Provider identity

Our public website brand is Hillbilly Bo & Family: Road to Freedom. Payments processed through Square may display the merchant name “Hillbilly Bo Network.” This is the display name associated with our Square checkout and does not identify a separate legal entity.
