Radio traffic can be incomplete, misunderstood, coded, corrected or unrelated to the final finding. A Chatterbox item is an early public-safety update, not an official incident report or a statement of guilt.

Do not use this site instead of 911, official evacuation orders, law-enforcement instructions, school alerts or weather warnings. Keep away from active scenes and never interfere with responders.

Routine EMS and medical calls are withheld unless tied to a shooting or significant accident. Exact house numbers and protected minor details are removed. Sanitization reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every person is unidentifiable.

4. Arrests and criminal claims

An arrest, charge or investigation is not proof of guilt. Defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court. Court outcomes and agency corrections may arrive later.

5. Weather, roads and cameras

Weather and road information may be delayed or unavailable. Use National Weather Service, 511NY and local authorities for official warnings and travel decisions. Camera images and traffic data remain subject to provider rules.

6. News, opinion and links

Reported facts and commentary are labeled separately. Outside links and embedded services are controlled by their providers. Hillbilly Bo does not guarantee every third-party statement, product or service.
